Shipping methods

Coins and individual numismatic pieces are usually shipped as compact letter or parcel shipments, depending on volume, goods value, and security requirements. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout according to delivery country, goods value, and the shipping method stored in the shop.

Delivery time

The regular delivery time within Germany is 3 to 7 working days. For payment methods with immediate payment confirmation, the period begins upon conclusion of the contract; for advance payment or manual release, it begins after receipt of payment. For deliveries abroad, transit time may be extended depending on destination country and customs processing.

Postage and packaging costs

Shipping costs are based on a simple postage and packaging flat rate for coin shipments. If an order contains items with different shipping flat rates, the suitable shipping method for the order is shown at checkout.

Cash on delivery

If cash on delivery is offered at checkout, an additional cash-on-delivery fee of EUR 8.00 applies. Cash-on-delivery shipments to Packstations are not possible.

Valuable shipments

For particularly valuable coins, precious metal items, or collectibles, a trackable, insured, or individually coordinated shipping method may be required. If an order requires a special shipping solution, we will contact you before dispatch.

Packstation and delivery

Delivery to Packstations is possible if the selected shipping method and shipment dimensions allow it. Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and correct, including postal number, Packstation number, or branch number.

International shipping and customs

For deliveries to Switzerland or other countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are charged by the responsible authorities and must be borne by the recipient.
