2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order at checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the cart. The contract is concluded only when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email or dispatch the goods.
3. Products and condition descriptions
Franquinet mainly trades in numismatic collectibles, coins, and numismatic accessories. Descriptions of year, condition, denomination, catalog references, and other numismatic features are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor deviations, especially color differences in screen display, do not constitute a defect.
4. Preise
All prices are in euros. The price at the time of the order is decisive. If no VAT is shown, this is due to the applicable tax regulations, in particular when the small business regulation applies. Relevant information is shown on product pages and at checkout.
5. Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping costs, delivery restrictions, and available delivery methods are shown during the ordering process and on the Shipping methods page. Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place after receipt of payment or, for approved Payment methods.
6. Payment
The payment methods offered at checkout apply. Payment methods. Further information can be found on the Payment methods. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
8. Widerrufsrecht
Consumers have the statutory right of cancellation. Details are provided on the Cancellation policy.
9. Warranty
The statutory rights for defects apply. For used collectibles, the statutory specifics apply, taking into account the described condition and quality.
10. Haftung
We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions. In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
11. Contract language and applicable law
The contract language is German. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions conflict with this.
12. Gerichtsstand
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Crailsheim where legally permissible.
